Zomato plans a Mehmaan Mode that hides prices for group orders
Zomato is set to roll out a Mehmaan Mode, a toggle that removes prices from the app. The idea came from a LinkedIn user. A host can pass the phone around so guests can order without awkwardness. It is aimed at people ordering food for friends or family. The story gives no launch date.
How to try it
Watch the Zomato app for this option once it rolls out, since the story gives no date. Check the app's update notes or settings when it appears.
