Rajnath Singh: Self-Reliance Means Tech Sovereignty
At the third Delhi Defence Dialogue, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said self-reliance is about technological sovereignty, not only making things at home. He named defence reforms, Aatmanirbharta, international collaborations and exports as four linked pillars. He said production reached a record ₹1.78 lakh crore in 2025-26.
