Andhra Pradesh Moves Rural Polls to November 5
Andhra Pradesh's State Election Commission has moved the MPTC and ZPTC polls to November 5. Civic polls will still go ahead on November 1, even though a cyclone has hit the state. The commission said it lacks enough staff to count civic poll votes and hold the rural polls on the same day.
