OpenAI Caps Paid ChatGPT Accounts Per Device and Card
OpenAI has started limiting how many paid ChatGPT accounts one device or payment card can hold. People who reach the cap cannot start new subscriptions, and affected accounts stop working on that device. Logging out does not free up a spot, so users may feel pushed toward paying more. The change is likely to hit regular users hardest.
