IOA Sets Code of Conduct for Athletes' Commission Polls
The Indian Olympic Association has set rules for its upcoming elections. Ten members will be chosen for the Athletes' Commission on November 3, and eight SOMs will be picked on November 9. The code of conduct bars candidates from being criticised over their private lives and limits publicity during the campaign.

Context: The IOA is the umbrella body that runs India's Olympic movement and selects its teams. The Athletes' Commission gives sportspeople a voice inside that body, so its vote shapes how athletes' concerns are heard.
