Karnataka Skill Chief Says Non-Urban Areas Are Left Behind
The newly appointed chairman of Karnataka's Skill Vision Group says Bengaluru's white-collar success has left non-urban areas behind. He argues that IITs have moved forward since the 1950s while ITIs have fallen back. He wants both paths to work together in the same direction.
