HRV Pharma to Buy German Firm Phatebo
HRV Pharma has agreed to acquire German firm Phatebo. The deal will take HRV beyond active pharmaceutical ingredients, the core chemicals used to make medicines, into finished formulations, which are ready-to-use medicines. It also gives HRV a licensed operating business in Germany.
