Delhi-NCR Enforces GRAP Stage III Curbs Before Diwali
Ahead of Diwali, the air quality panel CAQM has invoked Stage III of the GRAP plan across Delhi-NCR. The curbs include bans on many construction activities, older vehicles and certain industrial operations, as a precaution against worsening pollution.
