Govt Launches Three Indigenous AI Foundation Models
The Indian government has launched three AI foundation models built domestically, named Eka-1, Dhir 2B and Dhir 5B. These are large AI systems that can be adapted for many different tasks. The launch brings homegrown AI models into public view for Indian users and developers.
