64 train services cancelled over cyclone
Sixty-four train services were cancelled on October 27 and 28 because of Cyclone Arnab. Long-distance express trains linking Telangana with coastal Andhra Pradesh and Odisha were among those affected. Passengers are advised to check the status of their train before they travel.
ContextContext: Indian Railways often cancels or reroutes trains when cyclones or floods make tracks unsafe. Telangana is an inland state, so its links to the coast matter for many commuters and families.
