Turn many private APIs into agent tools without extra servers

MoEngage turned about 400 private REST APIs across 7 AWS Regions into agent tools using AgentCore Gateway. It needed no separate MCP server for each service and no public endpoints. The write-up shows how OpenAPI specs and Cedar policies make this work. It is aimed at developers building AI agents on AWS.
