Mistral Releases Large 4, a Trillion-Parameter Coding Model
Paris-based Mistral has released the model weights for Large 4, nicknamed Le Chonk, a very large model trained entirely in Europe. Mistral says it beats its open rivals at coding, and independent testing shows it is fast and fairly cheap. Even so, it still trails China's top models on the scores the story mentions.
