Warming Seas Threaten Marine Ecosystems, Experts Warn

Experts at a symposium hosted by CMFRI say warming seas, marine heatwaves and coral bleaching are creating growing threats to fisheries and coastal livelihoods. Around 300 participants from 30 countries attended. The experts called for combining satellite data, climate models and AI to better monitor the ocean.
