Govt Opens Semicon 2.0 Portal for Chip Industry Applications
The government has launched the web application portal for Semicon 2.0, its chip manufacturing programme. Applications will first be accepted for three of the six pillars: machines and materials, fabs and packaging. Guidelines have so far been issued only for these three. The minister wants only serious players and no place for frivolous applicants.
