Cellophane Bees Make Plastic-Like Nest Lining That Breaks Down
Researchers studied cellophane bees, which nest in the ground. A study found their nest lining is a kind of plastic, yet it is translucent, flexible and resilient, and it degrades within a year. The study was reported in The Hindu's science section.
